DESCRIPTION

The Marche have a strong rural profile: the utilized agricultural area covers more than half of the territory, it is clear then the fundamental role of the primary sector in environmental protection and preservation of the rural landscape. Once regarded as the industry "niche", organic farming has had a positive growth trend. In the valley with breathtaking views alternate small farms, forests and farmland. Many farms, mostly of a small company, we are devoted to organic methods, mostly favoured by an environmental and structural context that offers the ideal conditions to establish itself, which guarantees a definite advantage for the environment, the economy and the tourist attraction of the area.
The small farms are the expression of the land which they belong, genuine and sincere, and identified the concept of rurality, a real philosophy of life, made of the patient respect to the constant rhythms of nature and for the territorial integrity compared to natural context in which they are located.
Farms leverage a method of cultivation and breeding that admits only the use of naturally occurring substances, excluding the use of synthetic chemical substances (fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides) and in many of them, the consumer can buy directly, with all the advantages of the "short production chain" where local products, fresh, ripe, seasonal, are collected and packaged within 24 hours and keep intact all the organoleptic and nutritional properties.
